The selection of the property occurs by all agents sending possible deals to the lead buyers agent Harold for him to review, we send most properties to our town planner to assess the property, and once we are happy Harold can be on the ground within minutes for a drive-by and at the first possible inspection. We work by sending the client videos or photos of possible deals, if something is close to a deal we can hold a meeting on zoom to discuss it.
We are there right through the post-contract signing, we go in with the building inspector, and the valuers, and if necessary we prompt for re-negotiating price if we need to account for any hidden minor issues, plus dealing with all parties including the lawyers. We are there for the pre-settlement inspection and keep in communication with you throughout that term.
Post settlement, we are there for cosmetic renovations, finding tenants, or advising for full development projects, this can include project management as Harold is a qualified project manager with a certificate 4 in project management from QUT.
